5.1 Hospitals, police stations, garages, the DMV and spawn points are SAFE ZONES. No crime, no violence, no threats.
5.2 Do not use a safe zone to escape an active situation. Running inside does not reset what is happening.
5.3 Do not wait outside a safe zone for someone to leave. That is the same thing with extra steps.
5.4 Robbing someone in a green zone, or luring them into one, is treated as if the zone did not apply.
