8.1 Gang conflict needs a reason and a story. Turf, disrespect, a deal gone wrong — something.
8.2 Do not mass-gather to overwhelm a situation. Bringing fifteen people to a two-person dispute is not roleplay.
8.3 Leaders are accountable for their members. A gang that repeatedly breaks rules loses its leadership, not just the individual.
8.4 State organisations — LSPD, SAHP, EMS, FIB, Government — are held to a higher standard. Corruption roleplay must be approved and must be a story, not a shortcut.
8.5 Do not use an organisation's equipment, vehicles or access out of character or outside duty.
8.6 Leader positions are applied for on the forums and can be removed for inactivity.
